My passion for photography emerged long before I realized it myself. As a kid, I was constantly recreating my surroundings through drawings. Later as I became familiar with cameras, I got into videography. Creating my artistic vision of moments was fascinating to me. Fast forward to college. I went to LSU to study architecture and eventually pivoted into Civil engineering. Once again driven by my love of creation. I've been a lifelong creator at heart. However, it wasn't until 2021, when my daughter was born, that my passion for capturing life's moments was realized.

Capturing those fleeting moments of infanthood brought my wife and me so much joy. So many nights, we looked back through photos, reminisced on the past, and enjoyed the moments again. At that moment, I realized I wanted to give this gift to others; thus, JA photography was born.
